- Hire and lead development team members including project managers, front-end and back-end developers in a remote work environment, and ensure that workflow tools met team and project needs for effective and efficient collaboration
- Adhere to WordPress Coding Standards and provide documentation for code written to additional team members and relevant client steakholders

- Worked with BNSF Development team to ensure compatibility with existing systems and processes as well as train them on new technology through daily stand-ups, and bi-weekly code reviews
