I started by orchestrating the launch of the Instant Visualizer which allowed customers to see their furniture customizations in real time as they made changes before they ordered. We rebuilt the site for efficiency and modified the userflow to direct users to purchase online without first coming to the showroom. We also added a wishlist feature to allow customers to save their product configurations to review before purchasing. Implementing A/B testing, and robust user tracking meant we were able to utilize data to further hone in on customer preferences and create deeper engagement site wide. This resulted in an increase in online only orders, and the start of nationwide accessibility for the company.
